  • Bubble Ducky reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

2. Event Duration and Usage

  • All rentals and services are for a pre-agreed duration. Any additional time may incur extra charges.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the proper use of the equipment and to follow the safety guidelines provided by Bubble Ducky.
  • Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the renter.

3. Marketing and Promotions

  • By providing your contact information, including phone number and email, you agree to receive marketing messages from Bubble Ducky. This includes promotional offers, event updates, and special deals.
  • Communications may be sent via SMS, email, or other marketing channels. The frequency of these messages may vary based on the promotion.
